A retreat that uplifts people as much as it welcomes guests.
Tadmal shares a boundary with Tadmal Wadi, a tribal hamlet shaped by simplicity, hard work, and generational challenges. When the retreat was under construction, three young tribal girls arrived as labour helpers — shy, quiet, untrained, but full of sincerity.
Poornima Yelmalle saw something special in them.
She trained them patiently:
cooking, hospitality, guest interaction, management, confidence, responsibility.
The girls learned quickly — not because they were taught, but because they were trusted.
Today, these girls are the leaders of Tadmal.
They run the kitchen, host families, handle bookings, cook with mastery, and manage the retreat with pride. They now support their families, inspire other girls in the wadi, and stand as living proof that opportunity can change entire communities.

⭐ Women-Led Hospitality
This is not charity.
It is leadership, ownership, and dignity.
Guests strongly feel the sincerity of these girls — it reflects in their food, their warmth, and their way of caring for people like family.
Tadmal is a retreat built on nature, but held together by women empowerment and tribal pride.
